Mr. Alistair Waddell

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Waddell is a geologist and mining executive with over 30 years of diverse international experience. His broad expertise encompasses commercial, technical and capital market aspects that bridge both junior exploration and major mining companies.
Mr. Waddell is a co-founder of the NewQuest Capital Group and the founder and CEO of Inflection Resources Ltd. with copper-gold exploration assets in New South Wales. Mr. Waddell is also a founder and Executive Chairman of Headwater Gold Inc. which explores for gold in the western United States. Prior to these roles, Mr. Waddell held the position of Vice President – Greenfields Exploration for Kinross Gold Corporation, where he was responsible for all global generative exploration initiatives.
Throughout his career Alistair has lived in various countries including the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Venezuela, Australia and Canada.

Mr. Campbell Olsen

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Olsen has had a long career in Private Equity and operational management in the mining industry. Campbell has deep experience in international private equity practice and process having spent several years as an Investment Manager with Nomura Jafco and then General Manager (Australasia) with Advent International, a Boston-based multi-billion dollar international private equity company.
In 2003 Mr. Olsen established Polarity Capital, a private equity & advisory firm that specialized in a “hands-on” approach to its investments, where he regularly assumed the CEO role of investee companies for varying durations to provide turnaround and expansion strategies as well as drive and directional clarity. In 2014 Campbell established Arete Capital Partners. From an operational perspective Campbell has acquired, managed and run downstream mineral processing operations along with upstream resources assets both in Australia and abroad. His experience encompasses asset/opportunity identification, due diligence, negotiations of acquisition terms and structure, on-going operational reform & improvement through to exit strategies. He has managed exploration programs, JORC- compliant resource estimate programs, mine design and operations primarily across gold, iron ore, silver and rare earth metals.
Mr. Olsen has completed a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is currently the Asset Manager of the Stawell Gold Mine.

Ms. Toni Griffith

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND COMPANY SECRETARY
Ms Griffith is an experienced executive who has worked for over 35 years in the mining industry undertaking Chief Financial Officer, General Manager – Finance and Company Secretarial roles most recently with White Rock Minerals Ltd, Castlemaine Goldfields Ltd and Crocodile Gold Australia.
Ms Griffith holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Fellow of CPA’s, a graduate of the AICD program and has extensive experience in financial management, business leadership, corporate straegy, governance and compliance.

Mr. Bill Reid

HEAD OF EXPLORATION
Mr Reid is an exploration geologist with 25 years’ experience in Australia, Canada and West Africa, principally for gold and base metals. His experience includes operational and management roles focussed on generative through in-mine exploration projects – with junior through major companies. He has also worked in consulting and as a survey geologist, in regional mapping and metal-systems geology.
Mr Reid has a B.Sc (Geology) from Sydney University. He is a member of the AusIMM and Victorian branch of the AIG. He started with Plutonic Operations and BHP with more recent experience that includes positions at Castlemaine Goldfields, Liongold Corporation, RSCMME and the GSNSW.
